Crappy Acceleration!!!!!!!!

FYI .. 89 SOHC rebuiltroughly has 1000k miles on rebuild btw... bored.40over thats what the pistons read anyway. Oil pump was supposedly modified to allow more oil pressure...(good thing?? i dont know??) .. .pacesetter header, 2-1/2" high flow cat soon to run 3" after cat... , No a/c at all ,all emissions ,removed blocked off egr removed secondary butterflies, new o2 , sensor new mafs, maf adaptor with new air filter, cosmo racing short shifter , cross drilled and slotted rotors/stainless steel braided brake lines...centerforce stage 1 clutch removed the bleeder box much stiffer.. Could my Crappy acceleration be caused by faulty fuel supply ..ie( injectors/fp/fpr?)??? or possible water temp sensor...i can some what ease into the gas and be somewhat ok... I'm thinking clogged f.f. or bad sock on the f/p... could a valve be sticking?? slight ticking in valve cover area... Or is this a possible injector tick?? my ecu has shot me a code of 14 vehicle speed sensor... but my odometer is working fine... car actually cuts off at roughly 80-85 mph on interstate.. no throttle response... but push clutch in give it gas then its fine.. it has a slight mis or bog while driving as well..i think the timing is fine... any info or help or comments greatly appreciated....
