BlackZenki82's long awaited KA-T build

alrighty guys... so here it is.... got a buddy of mine, has a parts car, we're trading motors, so I'm pulling his out, building it for my KA-T build, and helping him rebuild my own, for his S14... so that's how it's going, this is the first phase, and i promise you, will take a while to complete but finished product will be so much worth the wait..... I'm talking high temp paint, powder coating, honing, boring, balancing, forged pieces, trust me, enough sh*t to make you wanna slap yo momma... without further adieu, here's the PIKTOARS!!!

initial stages, hoses out, upper harness disconnected, fuel lines pulled, getting there....

here's the car.... besides the motor and the sunroof, the rest is up for parting out... DO NOT ASK FOR PARTS ON THIS PAGE, I WILL BE STARTING A PART OUT THREAD LOOK FOR IT....

so me, your boy BlackZenki82 on the left, and my brosive EZ on the right, for a super hard, just got done for the day photo... 4th of many beers in my hand right there.... still kinda drunk!!! lol... will have many photos with us in the back round working on this da*n thing....

so either way guys, stay tuned, cause i'm finally doing something with the motor in my car... bout damn time right gents?? hahahah... will take a while, but will be simply perfection when she gets done... I'm talking about 280-300HP to the crank guys.... oh yeah, subscribe to this **** be-fo yo a$$ gets lost...hahah updates before the weekend with pics.... yeah, I'm a pic ***** and will be doing it up...

i can make much more than 300hp at the crank with this build and the parts i'll be using, i know, but I'm going for daily driven RELIABLE 20k+ miles a year on pump gas car.... I'd much rather deal with a car that's half bad a$$ed for two years than a truly bad a$$ed car that lasts me 6 months...

oh, and this will be a super budget build... so stay tuned what i can do to this KA for dirt cheap...2d hand parts, free shop access, tuning, etc... will be a good thing... unfortunately, it will take quite some time.... just a heads up...

PS- stuft crust pizza OWNZ

hahaha building a car and drinking DO NOT go to together and ill tell you why.

when i had my other s13 doing the sr swap i was just about to drop the motor and tranny in and i was really excited and then a friend of mine showed up with a cooler... so i took a break and had a couple drinks which then turned into alot of drinks and then we tried to finish putting in the motor. me and my friend got the motor on the cherry picker and tried putting it in but the tranny kept hitting the firewall. so me being pretty buzzed i go under the car to pull the tranny down while my friend dropped it in... while i completely forgot to cover the end the tranny so when i pulled it down i caught a face full of tranny fluid.... and as we all know its not the best smelling thing in the world haha. i didnt know wether to laugh or cry but i just ended up laughing at myself bcause everyone else was crying laughing already.

so yeah.... no more drinking and building!

lol, great story mang... luckily, it's drinking while tearing down and removal... i'll be heading back out there tomorrow for round two, hopefully we'll get the motor out and ditch the tranny (auto)... get it on the motor stand, and call it a day...
