will a 2000 ka fit in my 89 240?

i came across a free '00 altima engine with 20,000 on it for free will it fit in my 89 240? and what extra do i need? thanks guys

don't even bother, the Altima is FWD while the 240 is RWD

The distrubutor on an Altima engine sticks out of the end of the head. It would hit the firewall before you got the engine in place.

If you do that everything will be F*cked up, new wierd looking header, motormounts, and it probably would over heat because the way, backwards, its in,

nevermind everything you said. if its backwards, the tranny is facing the wrong way.
