what is the difference between steering wheel hub adapters

i was wondering if anyone knows the differences between one hub adapter to another? as in say a momo adapter from one car civic for example and an adapter from our car 240sx. is it just the splines from the steering shaft. the reason i ask is this. i have a civic i think 92-95 momo hub adapter. i would like to use it on my s13 240sx if possible. i no longer have the civic and figured why buy another adapter if it isnt needed. maybe it is too much work i dont know. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Go ahead and try it out on your car. I'm pretty sure it won't work though, the splines are more then likely totally different, and the size of the hub could be totally off.

if you tried to see if it fit and it didn't fit, then what was the point of asking?

LOL maybe you should have thought of trying it before you posted? I mean use your brain buddy - Hmm.. I'll post a question to avoid trying something, then I'll try it. Good logic.

And BTW it's not being a smartass - it's having common sense, tuogh guy. Go have some breakfast and shutup LOL
