what is the best spark plug and wires for our beloved 240sx 1995
#2
I only use NGK BKR6E-11. I get them from Advance Auto Parts. www.pdm-racing.com also sells them. As far as wires, I haven't changed them since I've had the car, but when I do, they will also be NGK. Since these plugs have copper electrodes, which have a higher conductivity than Ir, or Pt, they won't last as long, so I change them out every 8 months, or 10k miles, whichever comes first.

you're gonna get 830182301 different combos of what is "best"... so I'll just save you the trouble and tell you my setup (decide if you like it or not):
PDM Aurora 8.5mm Silicone wires - quality is similar to Magnecor at over half the price of Magnecor, have had no problems with them since I got them (9 months so far, hard driving is common)
$55.00 from PDM
HKS Super Plugs - same as regular Denso Iridium, but with the HKS logo on them... overpriced so I suggest you get Denso brand, but even if people believe in NGKs for our engines (since NGK was stock) these Iridiums feel great, and I've actually switched to Iridium on all the other cars in my household... price variable by source
