Didn't mean to make it so confusing.......
As long as you use 110octane, or E85, boosting to 28-30 psi shouldn't be a problem for your engine..... But how streetable "smogable" do you plan to make this engine???????????
It isn't fair at the same time to show the SR's and KA's that aren't built up either.......
You and I both know an internally built engine of any kind on FI will dominate a stock internal engine...
That is the only reason why I interviened in this post......
You should seperate internally built engines from, stock engines. No way can stock oem compete with forged internally built engines.......
I just say this because this forum was designed to teach noobs, how to build some crazy shiat........
Not trying to offend you I think what you are doing is great.......
One last question for ya.........
What EMS are you going to use for your engine, I'm interested to know what you are getting into.........
It's all good. I'm not offended. I was originally going to go with either an E6K or an E6X Haltech fuel management....but I didn't want to have to deal with a crank trigger pulley, then I found out that AEM came out with their SR/KA EMS system that plugs right in and already gives a base map. So I decided to run that, it is not yet purchased...but it's in the works. Right now I'm making less than 20 hrs. a week b/c of school. But it'll be in the car and tuned before the end of the month of June.

I dought we will see any CA's especialy with stock internals hitting over 500 rwhp, 1.8 litre displacement just doesn't cut it.

I sure hope so. I wanna see how much power they are capable of. 275-300 is plenty for me. I know a lightly built SR can hit that, but what would a CA need?

^^^^^^^^^^^^^I like the way this guy thinks^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Born a genius

Like I have said before due to "BORE and STROKE" I think the KA will compete on the level of 2.0/2.5/2.6 RB, defenitely not talking shiat about an RB 30dett though then I should get slapped.....

So I guess that it is AGREED the 1.8 CA tops out at about 515-550 CHP right?

I heard it was the wastegate, I'm not sure though. The manifold gets red like that because of all th heat eminated from the exhaust fumes created by the engine

650!!! Holy crap. So 275-300 is definately touchable on a CA. Where do you think an SR T25 w/11-12 psi, 256* cams, F/M Intercooler, 3" turboback, Injectors, little fuel management (SAFC??), and intake put me?
