Question Throttle Position Switch: not plugged in?

i was putting on my new top of the line ebay intake this morning .. when i noticed that a plug was just kinda tucked under some other wires.. this "plug" was in the same bunch of wires as the ones coming down from the injectors and was tucked under the manifold area to the right of the intake inlet .. it looks almost the same or the same as the MAF Sensor .. so i looked up the engine wiring diagram and the only thing i could find was this Throttle Position Switch

i just had a new(er) KA24DE and 5 spd tranny swapped into my car.. did my mechanic forget to plug this back in ? or is this not supposed to be plugged in any where? if so.. where?!?

oh yea... the car runs perfect by the way.. this isnt affecting the car... atleast not that i can tell

thanks in advance

You should plug it in, you are probably guzzling gas....... I 'm surprised that the check engine light isn't on..... I'm surprised your car even runs without the TPS.........
