Speed detection circuit

ok guys i need help installing the AVG-VDP1, its a pioneer dynamic system which monitors your speed, hp, torque, and all the good stuff... it comes with a few wires which has to be hooked up, i hooked up everything BUT the pink wire, which is suppose to be hooked up to the "speed detection circuit"... but i have no idea what it is and where it is located, does anyone have any idea as to where it is? i read the service manual but i couldnt find the circuit under EL (electrical). Please help. thanks

the installation manual is online:

Assuming you have a 1997, here is a pic of the ECU pinout from the FSM, the pin I made red is the speed sensor signal

identify the cable, the peel the outside n fuse it/ solder it or atach it somehow then cover it, u dont wana cut it because it will interrupt the singal to the ecu n it might explode into a trans-dimensional-warphole n travel trough time

sorry im not trying to doubt you guys but are you sure thats the input? the dynamic processor is suppose to show both speed and tach readings, but the 26 you game me i believe only shows the speedometer?

on the FSM it says:

Tachometer
- From terminal 3 of the ECM
- To combination meter terminal 17 for the tachometer

Speedometer
- To combination meter terminals 25 and 26 for the speedometer
- From terminals 1 and 2 of the vehical speed sensor.

im only given 1 wire to connect this, i believe it should tell me both tach and speed readings?? Then again i looked through FSM and still found no speed detection circuit... which wire should i connect the wire to?
