Sold my 94 6spd Bpu Supra, picked up 240sx
yep, i sold my baby, a 1994 Bpu 6 spd supra, it was a monster, and now i have a 1990 240sx, a hell of a lot cheaper, and i'm thinking about making a monster out of it, the plans so far are some sport max 962 rims 18 by 9.5 in the back and 18 by 7.5 a type V body kit , new paint, and with the profit that i'm getting from selling my supra i'm thinking, seriously thinking about just swapping in a RB26DETT, i want to make a supra killer....haha, jk. my love will always be for supras and i'll never hate on those cars, anyone who has done the swap have any input?

Go for it man, that is my dream to put an RB26 in the S13. A great place to check out is Mckinney Motorsports, they have a bunch of great parts for the Rb26 swap. Its gonna be alot of work and alot of cash to get it up to supra killer status, but I'm assuming your supra sold for alot so i bet you have the cash to get you there and beyond. I personally havent done this swap yet, but i have done alot of research on it. Just let me know if you have any questions and i'll try to help you out.

I wouldnt have sold...but im sure you had your reasons. Have fun w/ an rb swap...its one hell of a job w/ the 26...wouldnt be so bad with a 25, but imho the sr swap are just too played out and an rb20 isnt worth the $$$.
EDIT: Black on black...yum though. Im curious, what did she sell for and did you sell off of supraforums?

RB25det NEO is actually the best of all the RB engines IMO. The NEO engine is also one of the hardest engines to find. Rev on the 25 is better than the 26 and they pull pretty close to the same torque band when you compare the 2.
RB26dett has too much retro fit work.
