if i had a s14a,i would definitely not switch it. its already done soooo much, but if you really like it, thats what its all about.

not to be picky, but i just thought i'd let you know that s14a is actually the '95-'96 and the s14m/c are the '97-'98 (thanks battlestyle)

Nissan itself designates the '95-'96 the S14b and the '97-'98 S14a. The B = Before m/c and A = After m/c. It's kinda confusing because many people do the oppsite for alphabetical order and there's tons of arguements about it

i think the S15 front is the hottest thing around, but, I woudn't even be thinking about it if I didn't have to fix my nose. One light and bumper is smashed. So I figured might as well do the conversion.

i'm not saying you're not right, but i just have one question. how did nissan know they were gonna have m/c after '96 in '95.

you know what i mean? like, how could it be s14 before m/c if there were no minor changes for them to be before.

i know, its confusing. i couldn't think of a better way to explain it.

Supposedly they started calling it that when the m/c was made. But honestly it doesn't really matter usually you just say the year anyway.
