ok found out how by braking it well if you dont wana break yours use a heat gun to soften the gewy stuff that holds it on... i guess nissan put nuts there to confuse you cause it was totally held on by the gewy black stuff...

LOL you shoulda PMed me or something, all you need is a plastic tool from any auto paint supply shop and patience.
Actually, the other way to do it is by pushing on the piece from the outside little by little working from one end to the other evenly. Its actually a foamy double sided stick pad that keeps the wet weather out, the two little bolts hold the light in place, otherwise the heat from summer time would make it fall off lol.

yeah you should have waited till I posted. I could have told you that. its like a sticky foam liner. good news is you can make a new clear lense for the light now if you like, even retrofit in an led strip.

lol nah i broke the one on the junkyard lid ill just take mine off of my lid w/o breaking hopefully so far all primered up and one side painted waiting for it to dry a little to continue
