question.. and i need an answer asap

i am about to buy a turbo from an sr, will it be difficult to install it on the ka24de. sorry im not to familiar with turbos

if you arent fimilar with turbos, wth are you doing turboing your car?

thats like trying to sky dive w/o knowing how to sky dive

well... with the right tools and knowledge, it could be easy... you'll have to buy the rest of the parts, including the intercooler, BOV, wastegate... Find someone/ shop with a mandrel (sp) bender for the piping. Also, make sure your engine is built, lower compression, stronger internals to handle the boost. Larger injecters, turbo timer, boost controler, ECU... all things to think about, make sure you do as much research as humanly possible, it will only help you during the install. There's ungodly amounts of turbo info on the web and in this site. good luck!

You dont need stronger internals if your boosting low numbers...

if you're gonna run boost, why not make it worth your while and out in some higher numbers

What type of manifold are you using? What is the Flange type?
Are you going to use JDM down pipe from the SR? If you are going to run boost what type of EMS and cams are you going to run? What injectors?
Big questions to ask, it's just not about the turbo.
