Angry My 240sx = 275,000 miles What to do?

Ok so I just bought a 91 240sx DOHC with 275 thousand miles on it , it runs pretty good BUT it leaks oil and when I got it had 0 oil it Died the first time I tried to peel out so I dumped 4 quarts in and she ran like a top. Actually with a slipping clutch I ran my buddies 05 tiburon GT SE 6spd(cause he helped me go get the car so we figuered what the hell) we ran from a 25 roll and I stayed damn even untill I shifted into 4th and the clutch didnt catch but anyways to the point i just wanna drive it threw the winter and do a red top swap in the spring BUT i need this to run threw the winter, so I need to stop the oil leak. so heres what Ive come up:
Change Oil/ Change oil filter
Bought new clutch allready/ gunna turn the old flywheel
Change trans fluid
Check rear end ?
buy a ebay CAI to replace the old filter (seeing how its soo cheap)
Maybe a new oil pan????
Its allready got new brakes and rotors
So if you 240sx gurus could let me know what else needs to be done or special "problems" the 240s have..
Ohh and BTW my names Chris and I own a RSX type s as well thanks for the help

sounds like it runs WELL (sorry good/well thing is a pet peeve of mine) for having 275k on the odometer. i would do a basic tune up and get some new plugs and maybe top off brake clutch etc fluids.

Stock. If you are leaving the engine untouched, just use stock plugs. Go to the parts store and tell them what the car is. They will sell you pre-gapped plugs for your car.

Change out your rear seal, and the oil pan gasket. I would say change out your front seal as well but it takes too many hours. But the other 2 will get rid of the majority of your leaks.
