ka24de trans fit a ka24e?

i am in need of a tran fairly bad, i found a guy with a ka24de with thrown rod comes with 5 speed tranny clutch pressure plate shifter and ecu and non cut harness and drive shaft and mount for $200

one of two things,
A will the tranny fit up to the sohc?
B will they head match up to the SOHC block?

Yes they are all the same.... the only difference is the Crank angle sensor is mounted in the S14 bell-housings.... just remove it.. it doesn't affect anything

it will fit.. however.. there is no location for the crank angle sensor on OBD I bell-housings..... so you will have to with precision drill an exact hole.. and or swap the bell housing.... not worth the hassle.
