300hp na is ridiculous. That won't be possible without a **** load of money being thrown at it or with a huge shot of nitrous. Anyways, here is an aftermarket manifold.

hahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, 300HP NA? why? i would rather put that money into an SR20DE which would reach 300hp with the same amount of money it would cost to get a NA KA to 225HP, not to mention revving almost twice as high. LOL. tthe KA is pretty much worthless without turbocharging. and this is coming from somebody who is in the process of running a KA with ITBs, even with the ITBs turbocharging is definately planned for the future, or maybe upgrade to the SR20 which is obviously a superior engine.

everybody is entitled to there own opinions my opinion is the ka is far superior then the sr20. i have heard nothing buy bad things about the sr20. and all that is from people that have built them and had them professionally built they have all said they r garbage and to much work to maintain. thats for my 300hp goal laugh if you will i really don't care. its possible i know it is and i have seen it so don't bad mouth me cause i want to do something then a turbo. all i asked was a simple question. so have fun blowing up an sr20.

your opinion is nice and all but i prefer to deal with FACTS. ok, i was just trying to help you but i suppose i am at fault for getting off subject. have fun dropping $50,000 to get 300 NA HP.

i saw some whree NISMO made a fully ballaced crank for the KA, you could starte there, i think it retailed for 10 grand or somewhere near there. build you a custom intake, or maybe some ITB's, port and polish your head, get like a 12.5:1 compression ratio, some rediculous cams and valvetrain, and you might be at 250 if you are lucky. where did you see a 300 horse KA, that would be wicked, im all for you doing it, i want to see it drive, it would be a beast.

Many people are unaware about the capabilities of the KA24DE. Yes, it is a truck engine! And yes almost every turbo 240sx out on the street is SR20 powered. Many of us that do not have a lot of money to put into our cars, but want something strong and fast, should go with the KA. Also, the SR20 is an imported engine, and if something breaks, one will have to spend a lot of money to get the parts, but the KA24 came in all the 240sx, some Altimas, some Xterra and Frontier, meaning that there is tons of parts out there for them. The SR20DE nonturbo has 140 hp and 132ft. lbs. torque. The KA24DE has 155 hp and 160ft. lbs. torque. Compare the two and the KA24DE has very strong internals and strong base because of its truck root. It is true that the powerband on the SR20 is wider, but the KA24 cannot be ruled out. If you buy a 240sx, 9 out of 10 times if will have a KA24 in it. Also the KA24DE has more displacement, iron block and is cheaper than the SR20. To get a good SR20DE on your car one will have to spend at least $2000 on the engine with decent miles, then all the wiring to make it work with the 240, transmission, you might have to get a turbo if the SR20 is not a turbo, and all of its components. That will be a total of about $4000. All this money to get 220hp out of the SR20DE-T. If one puts $4000 on the KA24DE and turbo, it will be a hell of a street car. It will be pushing close to 350rwhp and will be spanking the SR20DE-T any day.
