Yeah, I dunno could the other things perhaps be BEARINGS? What kind of shop is this, or is it like at some random guys house who does brake jobs? I think your gonna get hosed on the bill. You should have put that money is suspension and brakes, and when the motor blows swap or replace it

Well parents are paying for it and wont be that much cause hes friends with my mom.

ok? And if he did happen to charge us a hell load and the smoking is not fixed or starts smoking couple days/weeks after I get it then my uncle will tell him something cause my uncle is basically got him started on his business.

i ****in hate people workin on my car my uncle has his own shop i was suposed to have my car monday its now friday and still no car..u should have done the work yourself

Well my brother told me awesome news since he knows alot about car motors..He bust in my room saying how the guy took my headers too a race engine place here and switched it with a racing header for free and camshaft..pistons...etc... (other stuff i dont remember) then basically said I am pretty much getting new motor in the car and will get it back either wed, thurs, or friday this week.He also said when i get it to baby it for at least 500 miles as in dont go over 3000RPM for 500 miles.

Jesus christ, I bet that everyone saying "you should have done it yourself" doesn't even know where to begin when rebuilding a motor. There's just some **** you don't mess with when thousandths, hundreds, or whatever of an inch MATTERS. I'm sure the lot of you don't even know what a micrometer is. Let the kid get his engine rebuilt, because I'm damn sure most of you can't do it yourselves.
