Center Console Lights

All of the lights on my S14's climate control unit have burnt out. I took it out to try to access the bulbs but had no success. Does anyone know hot to replace the bulbs? thanks in advance.

I also have problems with my climate control lights. They stay mostly on but sometimes go on and off. Probably a bad bulb right?

I have that problem too, they flash every so often.

and the fan dial numbers dont light up
