240sx considered a sports car with insurace?

actually I dont think the 240 is considered as much a sports car as many other models. I'm only paying $750 a YEAR: that's less than my Father's Saturn SL1. Call your insurance company and get a quote on the car. Its not TOO bad though- those back seats are good for something, at least.

yeah it's from USAA, I'm 20 years old in Connecticut... I've got a good student discount and some discount cause I've had my licence for 4 years or something... Look into it if you (or one of your parents) has served in the armed services... it's a pretty sweet deal.

Through the insurance company my family uses, California Casualty, my '89 was not considered a sports car, and it's $400 a YEAR to insure me right now, being 15. That could change if I change it to primary driver when I get my license (they cant now because I dont have my license), but it all depends on the company.
