Yeah I am wondering if the engine in the Nissan Pulsar GTiR N14 sr20, can bolt up to the stock ka24de transmission, if so please let me know. THanks!

 

i believe thats a no. the pulsar was fwd, so the engine/ tranny layout are different. plus ur talking about two whole different motors.

 

The block will probably bolt on...but everything else for the Pulsar wont. IIRC, Its actually a AWD car

 

ohhh yeah i forgot about that, sorry lol. getting forget ful in my old age... of 18 lol.

 

i think only the skylines that have inline motors that are awd that run parralell to the car, everything else is tranverse... he could of been talking about the fwd ka24de every one forgets.. and if thats so, id goto the fwd ka24de(altima or sentra i forget) car forums.. or nico.. are you going to make your car awd ?

 

Thanks for the advice. I am going to pickup my 1990 240sx (dark/silver) from Michigan this weekend and I have plans for swapping the engine in for a SR20DET Red Top. Then I'll buy a manual boost controller and a Apexi AFC-2 and I'll be set. Looking to run about no more than 15psi on stock turbo. I am also going to buy some 17" ADR 5-spoke rims that are black with silver trim. A complete Apexi GT (3.74in.) exhaust system. A carbon fiber spoiler and a complete bodykit. Those are just my basic plans. Just thought you guys might be interested in knowing about my project car. I'll start taking pics of the car and send them to any people who wants them once the car is done. Again, Thanks for the advice on GTiR Pulsar motor which I won't be getting.
