SR20DE converted to SR20DET in S15

yes you will have to swap the ecu as you will have to upgrade the injectors to atleast 480cc if you plan to mirror the s15 turbo setup.

but remember its not the same motor so you cant treat it the same as a stock sr20det. because the NA has high compression pistons and the head is different and it works with a dizzy not coils.

yea u can slap everything from a SR20det but i wouldnt run 15psi or anything like that unless you tune it. and also you want to look into getting colder spark plugs. im not sure if the DE has the holes in the block for oil/return and coolant for the turbo.

I have NGK's in it right now. It would be easier to pay a little more now and just swap it all out at once. I kind of doubt it has the oil and coolant lines tapped for it.
