SR owners please...

My 98' s13 SR is about to drop into a 92' S13 chassis BUT i dont have my oil pan yet....will i have access to my oil pan after the engine is in? will nothing interfere so that i can screw on the new oil pan?

No, you would have to lift the lmotor up a bit, the crossmember and sway bar are in teh way.

yea its best to do it when its out of the car..lot easier..but wait u have a 98 S13 SR? or do u mean 98 S14 SR? kus they didnt make S13s in 98..

For SR20DET, you can install the oil pan when the engine is in. For stock KA24DE motor, part of the oil pan is above the crossmember, so it'll get in the way.

The final year of 180SX in japan is late 1997 or early 1998.

or he could be another person mistaking the displacement for the year.... LOL seen it happen more than once

it says 1998 cc so they thought it was the year.... hehe

shipping was another $144 (CDN) so like 100 us from montreal to Toronto (basically)
