Ok, im going to compile a list, not all of the parts are a must, but definately would help, especially if your gona autox the car, then taking care of the car is a must
Must have for a good 300hp:
1. One of the turbos stated above or another similar too them.
2. 550cc+ injectors
3. z32 maf
4. tuning component(ie safc) with a good tune
5. 3in. downpipe/exhaust
6. Stage 2 or 3 clutch
7. FMIC
8. Walbro 255 or better fuel pump and z32 filter
9. Metal Headgasket
10. Boost controller
11. Cams not necessary but would help some
12. Turbo manifold/outlet not necessary but would help with spool time.
13. BOV
Things not necessary for 300hp but definately would help the car and prolong the life:
1. Nismo thermostat
2. Bigger radiator
3. Electric fans
4. turbo timer
than of course your suspension components are necessary and little things would always help like lightened flywheel, gauges, good tires/wheels and so on if the car is going to be ran hard. There is probably more stuff that i am forgetting at the moment but you get the gyst(??) of things,

10... you can run a manual boost controller or rely on your wastegate (definately get a boost gauge)
other than that, i completely agree with the list above (im bored so i changed a few little things haha)

9...Not neccessary, but recomended

10. manual boost w/ a gauge would work, but relying on the wastegate will never get you to 300hp either
