You only need a new driveshaft if your swapping in an S15.

 

thanks. im getting all the info together now while i am saving up the money so i know exactly what i will need. if i just put a S13 sr in, do i have any wiring on the interior of the car to worry about (besides the ECU) or just under the hood

 

theyre the same. just unbolt the ka motor and tranny and put in the sr motor and tranny. wich is about as easy as it gets except when it comes to the wiring.. i still havent figured it all out yet.

 

Im learning here too so let me ask this:

s13 DET = 205HP
s15 DET = 250HP

Whats the difference to cause the increase in HP?

So then its not hard to bring the s13 sr up to par with the s15 version. Does the s13 come with a t25? What turbo is on a s15?
