are you taking off the twin turbos and using one big one? if you do there will be a lot more room to work with. A new speed sensor would help. cause my rb25 doesn't display the right speed when i am driving. also i would use the rb25 transmission because it is rear wheel drive and not all wheel drive.

Fans, timing belt, tensioner pulley, idler pulley, water pump, depending on motor you may need to mod the crankshaft to avoid oil pump failure, thermostat, clutch, RB25 oil pan, RB25 transmission, driveshaft, drive belts, You will need to mod the block for the different oil pan, new filters, exhaust, There is probably more, but I am brain dead right now.

Pulleys for safety & convenience, you dont want to spend all that time changing the timing belt, then have the pulleys be bad and do it again once the motor is installed.

The block is setup for the dipstick to be in the wrong spot for the front sump RB25 oilpan, you gotta swap it around & seal up the old hole.
