RB25DET Swap Pictures

I'm kinda late on this but earlier when there was all that talk about the RB26 not fitting right because the twin turbo setup was in the way of the steering rack or something, i forgot... couldn't you get around this but just doing a custom manifold and placing the turbos in a spot that you had some room in?? I admit i dont know all that much about turbo setups because i've never worked on one but that seems like it might work out.... i dunno maybe i'm wrong

oh yea and i thought that all RB26DETT's were AWD.... how would you get around that??? Please let me know I may have some kind of idea of a new swap
EDIT: Apperently I missed a post or two... disregard this one

FO SHo....... Night is the one to buy from.... I bought an engine from him 2 weeks ago.... he helped me out with all the info.... Even signed a contract and sent me a reciept of purchase. He can answer any questions you have about the car.... total genious i must say. I bought a rb20det and am currently having it installed in my 240sx coupe... install isnt hard i heard.... plus im doing auto to manual tranny swap.. many mechanics can do it cause its so simple... My suggestion is, if you got the *****, and little knowlege about engines, do it yourself and save a sh*t load of money. To all the other people that doubt this man... Dont!!!! He is a man of his word... He helped me out with every question i ever had, always returned emails, and even had phone conversations about all the details with the engine. My clip came in tip top shape, and included EVERYTHING he said it would come with... Thanks Night.....
Soon to be rb20det driver.....!!!!

Hey Night I seem to remember somewhere that you also said you can get your hands on some cars.
Was wondering if you could find a 1995-1996 Skyline R33 GT-R VSpec ? I saw one in the states for sale for 21 g's. Was quite impressed. They even said they could get LHD conversion done fer like 3 g's. If the car was bought from them.
Any info you can find on that would be great man.

I can import those cars....$21g's sounds a bit cheap for a VSpec, but hey I'd buy it lol.
There is hood clearance. The main issue here is the intake piping that go over the valve covers. To get rid of this problem, you cut your hood bracing in a small 6" portion, get a new manifold, or throw a spacer 1/4" on the cross member to lower the engine just that little bit for clearance.

Yes, the 6" does the trick. There are a bunch of aftermarket hoods on www.importfan.com that you can look at that may do the trick

Night , see if you can find a 1995 R33 GTR. Or that style.
Here is what I want outta it , the AWD and RB25DET , or RB26DETT either or will do. I am looking at the whole car and the converting it to LHD. I have talking with ppl up here and they seem to think I could get away with driving it around here completely road legal. Just gotta find the insurance company that wants to take the risk with me. If not I am gearing up for some MAJOR mods on the 240.
Thanks again man you are always a GREAT guy. You can e-mail me if you wish

I sent you a few e-mails , but I think the send on mine is screwy cuz I got no replies. But I have been recieving other mail fine.
