which one if your referring to the sputtering i dont see what your talking about. the mafs i have on it now is a 2268031u00 which i think is a maxima mafs which might explain the problems.

That number is for R33 08/93 to 01/95 RB25DET and C34 01/94 to 09/94 RB25DET.

Do you have the igniter on the back of the coil cover?

Igniter=Series one
No igniter=Series two

I know that the series one & two MAFS are interchangable SIGNAL wise but the plug is different.

it still sputters and bogs down. every gear. sad thing is i only drive it to work i dont even try to get on it with this car. well i cant now even if i wanted to. i think my water pump went out the other day to. too much money to dump so soon. i thought it was a fuel pump cause went it gets to a quarter tank it really gets bad. but when its full it still sputters.

Did you change the fuel pump & filter?

What about spark plugs, what plugs did you install? And what gap?

If the MAF is bad it usually is either bad or good. bad it will idle at 2500 or so.

Go into more detail with the problems, does it sputter more at certain RPMS, under loads, at idle....

sputters between i think 1550-3000, i changed to iridium plugs, the fuel filter might need changing again its been a long time. the pump was claimed to be a larger one when i bought the car, need to verify this wekend. it will go past 2500 but it doesnt go too much past before sputtering again.
