RB20 making power!

I got my SAFC-2 installed, and the car runs much better. With my RB20DET T3/T4 Turbo upgrade I had to almost max out the injectors. It's raining today so fine tuning will have to wait, but the car is holy $hit fast!

Ryan, I got a set of 370CC RB25 injectors...I am not 100% sure if you can use them but I can get them to you for WAY cheap if you are interested....I know they are the same style as the SR20, but cant remember about the RB20. I might have an Rb25 fuel rail laying around also....

the injectors are top mount style like the DSM's, but aren't the same impedence as the DSM's. I have to get Turbo-2 RX-7 injectors or new aftermarket units.

I'm an rx-7 guy but would like to buy a 240. Rkcarguy do you have any ca18det motors right now? I just looked at your question again, and the 550cc are both the primary, and secondary injectors on the TII. A popular swap for modded N/A's is the TII injectors in the secondary's. Just a little more info, the s4 TII injectors are low impedence, and the s5 injectors are high impedence.

I have a clip coming but not much in stock left, only one SR and a Mitsubishi 4G63T. I think I need low impedence, not like the DSM's everyone puts in hondas.

RB20 an 25 use high impedance injectors.

I've read that the RB20 uses lo-impedence not like the RB25 which are a side feed high impedence, but I have conflicting info on this one HKS site says they are the high impedence another guy in NZ has been playing with a R32 and installed some RX7 injectors that were low imp. I have the low imp ones on the way already, if I have to I can add resistors to make them work.

I'm pretty sure the RB20's are high just like the RB25's. It's the GTR's that are low. If you look on skylinesaustraila you will see that when they use the GTR injectors they always use the converter box from the GTR too.
