My sr20det wont start??? HELP!!

Im haveing problems getting my sr20det swapped 240sx to start. i jus had a new head swap, because i floated valves. anyway, we have the new head on, its gettin fuel, the timing is correct. battery is charged..... but it jus turns and turns and turns and wont fire up... i know for sure that the compression on all cylinders is good and the timeing is right. but it still wont start, it jus cranks.... i know that only 1 of 4 the cylinders is firering, and it was raining outside. could mosture have affected anything?? ..... is it possible that my coil pacs are bad?? or bad ignitor chip?? someone PLEASE HELP!!!!

before i floated the valves yeah it would start up just fine, i've had the swap for several months but now after the i floated the valves on the first head it wouldn't start up at all because the valve train was messed up. and after we swapped the head, it still wont start

Sounds like a bad ignitor, 1-4 will fire and 2-3 aren't. That or get a pinout of the ecu, find the pin that leads to the ignigtor and track down the wiring problem. But I dont think it would be wiring if the car just sat in the rain. I'd borrow a chip from a buddy and see if it worked in your car. Let us know whats going on. good luck

check all your grounds and plugs to make sure they were all hooked back up. double check that timing also. seems like it took me forever to actually make my swap happy with the timing position. but if none of that works you need to break that volt meter out and check the voltage on everything dealing with fuel and spark. good luck.
