i would say they MIGHT. i have the oversize 6 3/4 and i had to rig it with zip ties because the stock screws would have been halfover the cone lining. though i did put in smaller speakers on another s14 where the stock screws worked, i think they were 5 and whatever (5 1/2?).

Up Front:
6.5s - which is an odd way of saying 'almost 6 3/4" but bigger than 6 1/2"'. The mounting area for the front speakers is plastic, so redrilling or tapping new holes to match your speaker pattern is easy. Speaker depth can clear a good 2.5" IIRC.
Up Top:
OEM tweeter in the A-pillar (for SE models) is a 3/4" cheapo. You can fit a 3/4" surface mount under the pillar as long as the mounting height (height of the tweeter) is under 1" give or take a hair.
Out Back:
6.5s - same as the front, no depth issues. regular 6 1/2" speakers won't line up to the factory mounting holes; likewise, 6 3/4" speakers might not drop flush with the rear deck (depending on speaker design).
If you can find 6.5s speakers, those would be your best bet
