Isn't it done with the drivers door pin switch? I remember way back a tech did it with my 200SX, but I'm not sure if that was what it was for

you can always go to best buy or circuit city and buy a whole alarm system

they will also install it for you

For OEM stock keyless entry systems 95 <

1.Get in & lock the doors

2.Insert the key into the ignition 6 times within 15 seconds (taking the key out all the way, then back in).

3.Hazard lights should flash

4.Put key back into the ignition & turn to run position but do not start.

5.Hit the lock button on the remote

6.Hazards should flash. If there are additional remotes go to step #7 if not goto step #8.

7. Unlock and lock the doors with the lock switch on the door and goto step 5.

8.Pull key out and open the drivers door and then close it

9.It should be set

hey i just bought my 240sx SE like a week ago... and the person who i bhought it from told me to go to the nissan dealer ship to enable the alarm... and i went there adn the guy told me the remote has nothign to do with the alarm... he said my alarm was aftermarket at first till i pointed out that it s an SE which came with a keyless entry... then... he told me to check the fuse.. cause thats the first thing he would check... then i was thinking to my self... is there a fuse for the alarm... well i didnt really care because the security light was flashing when the car s looked so i assumed if there was a fuse it was working... so then i am stuck with this non working alarm... silvias14ka24de... can you go over the instructions again... for the second remote becuase i have 2 and none are working
and i tried ur instruction but i believe something might be missing... it would be nice if you can double check them and re do them detaily thanks a lot
